All My Flix adheres to the following strict compliance procedures concerning uploaded content:
All Verified Uploaders must be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age required by their State, jurisdiction, or Country if it exceeds 18 years old) and are personally identified and verified by All My Flix at the time of account activation before they are allowed to upload, share, and sell content on All My Flix.
Before uploading, All My Flix requires that all Verified Uploaders provide evidence or certify that:
• All individuals depicted in the content are over the age of 18 years (or the minimum age required to appear in such content by their State, jurisdiction, or Country if it exceeds 18 years old); that they freely consented to appear in the content at the time of its production and have agreed to its upload on All My Flix.
• As the producer of the said content, the Verified Uploader certifies compliance with the record-keeping requirements under U.S.C. § 2257 for all content uploaded to All My Flix and agrees to provide such documentation promptly upon request.
• The uploaded content does not violate All My Flix's Terms of Service or any of its related policies, including but not limited to its Non-Consensual Content Policy.
